Return Policy

AL ARABIA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore implemented a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy.

Under this policy:

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. The complaint will only be considered after our team has verified the issue at our end.
To support your claim, you must provide an uncut 360-degree opening video of the parcel clearly showing the damage. Without this, claims will not be processed.

Customized Orders:
Any order that includes customization (size, design, length, etc.) is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
No complaints will be entertained for customized products under any circumstances, and no videos will be accepted for such claims.
Customers are advised to double-check their size and preferences before placing customized orders. AL ARABIA holds no responsibility if the wrong size or measurements are provided by the customer.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are available only if the product is damaged from our side and a valid claim is submitted with proof as mentioned above.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for issues like wrong size ordered by the customer, color variation due to screen display, or buyer’s remorse.

Refund Timeline:
If your refund is approved after verification, the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.


Note: Refunds or exchanges are not applicable on customized items, sale items, or used/worn items.
