For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through trusted and registered international courier services and/or international speed post only. Shipping charges apply to all international orders, regardless of the item purchased.

For domestic (India) customers, orders are shipped via registered courier companies and/or speed post. We offer free shipping on Abayas and clothing items all over India. For all other products, applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. For customized products, please allow 12 to 15 business days for processing, after which the order will be dispatched. Once dispatched, standard delivery time is estimated between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service norms.

TASMIYA PARVEEN is not liable for delays caused by courier or postal authorities but guarantees to hand over consignments within the specified dispatch time frame, subject to order confirmation and successful payment.
